Using the Forsta Go mobile app provides a way for users to access cases on-the-go and also be instantly alerted using push notifications when new cases are created or other workflow setups are configured.
The email template subject text is used as the push message text when displayed on a mobile device.
To begin receiving push notifications in the Forsta Go mobile app, simply download the app from either Google Play or Apple App Store and login using your Forsta Plus credentials. When a workflow is configured to send emails, the corresponding end user will also receive a push notification! No additional configuration is needed.
