Select Create template to create a new email template.
Steps for creating a new template:
Email name - a descriptive name for your template.
From email - the email address that the email will appear from.
From name - the display name that the email will appear from.
Reply to email - an alternative email address that can be specified should the recipient choose to reply to the email. For example, your from email could be ActionAlerts@us.confirmit.com but the Reply to email could be yourname@yourcompanydomain.com.
"Use email address of logged in user for manually sent emails" - when enabled, if the template is used to manually send an email, the currently logged in user’s email will be used in place of the fields above (From email, name, reply to)
Subject - the email subject text.
The email body text.
Tip: If you wish to use a custom email domain (for example @yourcompanydomain.com) contact your account manager.
