Typically, emails will be sent to alert or inform a user about a particular case. For this reason it is helpful to have the system automatically insert details about the case - this is where dynamic data fields come in.
Dynamic data fields can be added to both the Subject and Body text fields. Dynamic data fields can be from:
Case fields - case information.
Data fields - available data fields (see Data Field Labels).
Tip: The most commonly used dynamic data field is "Case Link" which inserts a web link allowing the recipient to navigate directly to the case in Action Management.
