Your project can be configured to send emails automatically to alert users of new or updated cases, overdue notifications, etc, for almost any situation you may need.
Email Templates provide a way to design how the email is to look and what information it is to contain, with the ability to re-use templates for many purposes.
The process of configuring when an email is actually sent is done as part of Workflows.
When a project is first created no templates are provided, but system default templates exist if they are enabled within a workflow.
Email Templates List
Select Setup > Email templates to display a list of available email templates.
Reordering Templates
You can reorder the templates within the template list by selecting the grab icon and dragging the templates into the preferred order.
Note: At the present time the template order is not applicable when displayed during manual email template selection. This may change in a future release.
