Triggers List

The Triggers List page provides a list of all triggers for your project. Here is a summary of all the functionality available:

Pause / Resume All Triggers - provides a way to pause (and resume) all triggers for your project.

List Details - provides a list of trigger details and available actions.

Search for a Trigger.

List Details

The Triggers List provides quick access to:

1 Trigger name.

2 Recipients - List of all users who will be notified as part of this trigger.

3 Status - ON or OFF.

4 Start date - date the trigger was first enabled.

5 Options

• Summary - A quick summary view of how the trigger is configured (without opening for Edit).

• Edit.

• Duplicate.

• Delete - A confirmation dialog is displayed before deletion is completed.

Search for a Trigger

It is possible to search for a trigger within:

• Trigger name.

• Recipient name.

• Trigger Status.

• Or, Any of the above fields
