From the Triggers List page, select the Create trigger button.
Provide a descriptive name to describe the trigger (typically this will be similar to your filter).
Select a data source (e.g. survey).
Select a filter.
Next, select the initial state of the case that will be created:
Provide a default name for the case. This could be something related to the matching filter such as "Detractor".
Select the question responses to be stored within Data Fields.
Then finally:
Select the Workflow to apply to this case. A summary of the enabled workflow attributes is displayed below for quick reference.
Determine which users or groups are to be assigned to the available roles for this case.
