Setting the Trigger Start Date
This determines whether the trigger is to evaluate responses collected prior to setting up this trigger. If you have not yet started survey data collection simply leave this as the current date. However, it is possible that data collection has already started. In this event, indicate how far back you would like the trigger to evaluate:
In this example, the trigger will evaluate data from 13Mar2021 rather than the default of the current date.
Setting the Ongoing Trigger Evaluation Period
Tip: This is an advanced setting and we suggest you keep the default setting.
This determines how the trigger is to evaluate responses dynamically. For example when a response is initially evaluated it may not meet a trigger criteria, but if the response is later changed you may want this response to now trigger a case to be created. This allows you to configure how far back you would like to check for changed responses.
