Editing Roles
Use the available options found to the right of each role in the list.
Edit.
Duplicate.
Delete.
Important: It is recommended to delete only roles which you know are no longer in use. Roles are linked to Workflows, and deleting this linkage can have undesirable effects.
Re-ordering Roles
Use the grab icon to drag and drop a role to change the order it is displayed in the list.
Note: At the present time, the role order does not have any impact on case management or workflows; re-ordering merely allows you to rearrange the roles to suite your preferences.
